We want you to feel confident buying from Guideds. This policy explains when you get your money back, how to ask, and how fast we deal with it. Nothing here affects your legal rights.

Bought the wrong guide?

Email support@guideds.com within 14 days and we'll swap it for the one you needed — free, no questions. Prefer your money back instead of a swap? Say so and we'll refund you.

Something wrong with the guide?

If a download link fails, a file won't open, a guide is incomplete, or it isn't what the product page described, tell us. We'll send a working file first; if we can't put it right, you get a full refund.

There's no 14-day limit on this one. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply for as long as the law allows, and we're not going to pretend otherwise.

Changed your mind?

Our guides are delivered the moment you pay. At checkout you confirm you want instant access, and that starting delivery ends the 14-day right to cancel that normally applies to online purchases. That's why the tick box is there — it's a legal requirement, not fine print.

Even so: if you haven't downloaded the guide, email us within 14 days and we'll refund you in full. If you have downloaded it and it wasn't right for you, tell us why. We read every message and we'd rather sort it out than leave you feeling short-changed. That part is our own policy rather than a legal right — but we do mean it.

How refunds are paid

In full, to the card or account you paid with. No fees, no deductions, no store credit unless you ask for it. We process refunds within 14 days of agreeing one — usually the same working day. Your bank may take a few days after that to show it.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. If you think we've got something wrong, say so and we'll look at it again.
