We want you to feel confident when purchasing from Guideds.

As our products are digital downloads, refunds aren't automatically available once a guide has been downloaded or accessed.

If you've purchased the wrong guide, experienced a technical issue, or believe there are exceptional circumstances, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase. We'll review every request individually and always aim to provide a fair resolution.
